Update: From what I've read, RAR 5 is not enabled by default in WinRAR 5.0, so you can upgrade WinRAR fine and continue using the old format. Presumably WinRAR 5.0 has a compatibility mode as this problem with affect many tools which understand the old RAR format but not the brand new one. (It is planned by the 7-Zip author, but not a high priority, from here.)
I will go ahead and add it for you to the track listing.We rely on 7z.dll (from 7-Zip) to unpack RAR archives, so this probably won't change until 7-Zip adds support for the new format into a stable release, unless that proves to take a long time. But at least in the track listing the name must be switched from "Neighbor" to "Nigger". Somebody changed "nigger" in the song title "White Nigger" to "neighbor", which the band have started using in recent live performances (obviously due to its less offensive nature). According to Amazon it is Bland: The album's final track "Laugh It Off" was originally intended to be left nameless, but Century Media took it upon themselves to name the track.
